I was lucky enough to go to the final stop on Cassandra Clare's UK tour in London where she, with the aid of Sarah Rees Brennan, read out a series of voicemails left on Magnus' answering machine between City of Lost Souls and City of Heavenly Fire.

This one struck me as particularly funny and I have to draw it then and there. You can see the original sketch (which Cassie was kind enough to sign) on tumblr. I said I'd go home and digitize it in full colour and here it is.

Alec having a minor heart attack, poor lamb. There were a couple of other sketches, one being Sizzy related which I know Cat is itching for me to finish and I shall . Nice little warm ups in preparation for some City of Heavenly Fire pieces once the dust settles regarding spoilers there.

I realise there is boat load wrong with this picture re: anatomy but I like the shading at least?

Also slowly coming to the realisation I do have a style. Sort of. Eyebrows getting bigger and bigger XD

Anyway I shall stop prattling on.
